The annual fall seminar and meeting of the Finnish Mass Spectrometry Society at Waters/Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden 12.–14.11.2025
Finnish Mass Spectrometry Society (FMSS) wishes to invite You to our annual fall seminar and meeting on 12.–14.11.2025. The trip will start with the FMSS fall meeting on 12.11.2025 onboard Viking Gabriella and the fall seminar and a lab tour will take place on 13.11.2025 in the facilities of Waters at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. The cost of the whole trip for FMSS members is 175 euros.
All members of FMSS are welcome to join the trip, and you can apply for membership here. The minimum number of participants for the trip to be organized is 15. FMSS reserves the right to cancel the cruise before 15.10.2025 if the number of minimum participants is not met.
In case of cancellation, an alternative venue in the Helsinki capital region will be informed immediately to the members. The fall meeting can be attended remotely, and in addition, the members can participate in the meeting onboard Viking Gabriella without taking part in the rest of the trip. However, FMSS wishes for individually travelling participants to also register for the meeting in advance.

After registration, you will receive an invoice that must be paid by the due date indicated on it. Please note that the registration is binding. If you need to cancel your participation after 15.10.2025, a medical certificate is required for a refund of the registration fee.
The preliminary program for the trip is on the following page. A more detailed program will be sent to participants closer to the trip. FMSS reserves the right to make changes. If you have any questions, please contact the society’s board (fmss@fmss.fi).
